Coaching With Reiki

In-person coaching is available for clients who desire to enhance their coaching experience with the energy of Reiki. Coaching sessions are 30 minutes in length and take place immediately following a Reiki Session at my office in Round Rock, Texas.

What Is Reiki?
The word Reiki (pronounced Ray-Key) is Japanese and means “universal life force energy”. A simple and profound method of healing, a Reiki practitioner places her hands on or above the client’s fully clothed body and directs healing. This loving energy flows gently through the client, supporting her not only physically, but also mentally and emotionally. Reiki soothes and relaxes, balances the energy field, and supports the body’s natural ability to heal itself.
What Is A Reiki Session Like?
A client experiencing Reiki typically feels tremendously relaxed during a session. Many will feel heat emanating from the practitioner’s hands, similar to a heating pad. Others feel a tingling sensation or notice that pain they had dissipates while receiving Reiki.

Reiki will differ for each individual. This energy can be tremendously supportive for one’s mind, body and spirit.

Why Combine Reiki With Coaching?

Reiki helps clients on all levels - mind, body, emotions and Spirit. The body relaxes, defenses are often put down, deep-seated beliefs and emotions can be brought to the surface and released, and one can become much more in tune with her Spirit.

A coaching session can be very beneficial after a Reiki session because the client is often emotionally and mentally centered and grounded. Coaching can therefore be more effective because the client is in a good place emotionally and mentally to be coached.

What Will A Reiki and Coaching Session Look Like?
Prior to the Reiki Session, I ask my client what she would like to work on. This can be a physical ailment or a problem she is struggling with. I also ask that she set an intention for the session, such as a request for clarity or peace with a particular situation. The Reiki Session will last for about 45 minutes.

The Reiki Session will immediately be followed by a 30-45 minute coaching session around the client’s original issue that she brought up at the beginning of the meeting.

I encourage my phone and email clients who live in the Austin area to try coaching with Reiki at least once. This is not typically a form of coaching I do long-term, though clients are welcome to purchase single sessions or a monthly package. I don’t require clients to do a Foundation Session for this style of coaching, unless the client wishes to make many changes in their life and wants to utilize the Reiki to hasten her progress and do some work over a period of a few months.

Coaching Packages with Reiki
Existing phone and email coaching clients can add a 45-minute Reiki session individually or by the month. Rates start at $45 per individual session. Discounts are available when three or more sessions are purchased.
