How Does Coaching By Phone Work?

Coaching by phone is a powerful way to get the support you need to make the changes you want in your life. The coaching process is designed to help you achieve your personal and professional goals with support and guidance. I will provide a safe space for you to reflect on your beliefs and identify your values. I will ask powerful and probing questions, offer different perspectives, and help you move towards what you want most in your business and your life. I will encourage, believe in and celebrate you.

We will begin our relationship with a Foundation Session. The Foundation Session helps me see where you are in your life and where you want to go. You will identify your values, mission in life and your goals. This 90 minute session sets the basis for our coaching relationship and helps to provide you with a compass that will guide you forward in your life.Following the Foundation Session, we meet by phone weekly for 45-55 minutes, for the first three weeks of each month. The last week month allows you time to rejuvenate, reflect, and integrate what you are learning.Clients commit to at least three months of coaching by phone to experience the full value of coaching. Following the initial three months, coaching can continue on a monthly basis. Single coaching sessions may be available to gain clarity and receive support on a single issue.

How Do I Know If Coaching By Phone Is Best For Me?

Coaching by phone works best for women who:

  • Prefer to process their thoughts verbally
  • Enjoy this personal means of interaction
  • Are able to express themselves in the moment and enjoy digging deep within to find her own answers
  • Live outside the Austin/Round Rock, Texas area and want the benefit of being coached by a fellow birth professional and experienced business owner
  • Are able to “meet” by phone during weekday mornings according to the Central Standard Time, uninterrupted and on a weekly basis.
Phone Coaching Packages
Packages are paid on a monthly basis by Google Checkout (with credit cards) or PayPal (with checks). A 5% discount is available for packages paid in full.

  • 90 minute Foundation Session to establish the foundation of our coaching relationship
  • Nine 45-55 minute telephone coaching sessions (three months) to create the roadmap for building your authentic doula practice
  • 5-10 minute laser coaching and unlimited email support between regular sessions as needed to address quick questions or report about new insights and successes
  • Discounts on current and future e-courses and learning tools
