Today’s question on Facebook and Twitter to birth professionals was: What are your favorite online resources for breastfeeding information. Here is what some of them had to say:

@butterflysnbees – http://www.Kellymom.com is IMO, the Bible on BFing. I’ve been using her site since it started up & it’s the only 1 I recommend on my blog.

@Doulamama – My favourites are http://www.drjacknewman.com/ and www.kellymom.com

@babyREADY – I’m with @Doulamama(as usual ;o)) Jack Newman’s site is great, Kellymom.com

@TinyPlayground – kellymom.com is my fave online breastfeeding resource.

@phdinparenting – I like kellymom, LLL, jack newman, and Mother-2-Mother http://www.mother-2-mother.com/

@MommyNews – fav resources for bfing: best is Kellymom.com – eveyrone should use this.

@ChicagoDoula – I 2nd both recommendations from @Doulamama(Dr. N. saved me from thrush) and also have always personally liked http://www.lalecheleague.org

  1. In addition to those mentioned…Ameda.com has a nice latch-on visual tool here: http://www.ameda.com/breastfeeding/started/latch_on.aspx. I love breastfeedingmadesimple.com
