Announcement: The "Reorganize Your Doula Business for ‘09" Program Begins Monday, December 1st

Every day in December, I’ll share a quick tip to help you get organized for the new year! It will include an action item to get you and your business moving. If your business is brand new or has been stagnant, or even if you’ve done really well this year, we’ll work on a variety of areas to identify goals, tidy up your work space (physical as well as on your computer), get your financial house in order and beef up your marketing plan. The RYDB program will follow this schedule:

 

  • Week 1 – Values, Vision and Goals Clarification
  • Week 2 – Organize your paper and electronic files
  • Week 3 – Get all your legal obligations in order
  • Week 4 – Create your marketing plan for 2009

 

The last three days will include three other great tips to get your business in shape for the new year.

 

I have a game plan outlined just for you, but I’d love to hear about what’s working and not working for your business. Please email me your lists, or add a comment below, and I’ll see if I can work that into a post!
